How can we help?

Video Visits

Video visits allow you to conveniently meet with your provider over secure video. This keeps you out of the waiting room and saves you a trip to the doctor’s office.

For patients that are not on controlled medications, appointments can be scheduled without an in-person and physical examination. Most doctor appointments that do not require a physical exam are great candidates for video visits Video visits through the doxy.me are just as effective. Rest assured, your doctor will only recommend a video visit when it’s appropriate.
Please email info@amomahealth.com or call (509) 228-8323 for self pay rates.

You will need either an iPhone or iPad, Android, or a desktop or laptop computer with a webcam and microphone.

Contact your doctor’s office to request and schedule a video visit appointment, just like requesting a normal in-office visit.

Schedule Appointment

Our RXNT Patient Portal & doxy.me video appointments is secured and 100% HIPAA compliant.

  • Suspected child abuse or dependent adult or elder abuse, for which we are required by law to report this to the appropriate authorities immediately.
  • If a client is threatening serious bodily harm to another person/s, we must notify the police and inform the intended victim.
  • If a client intends to harm himself or herself, we will make every effort to enlist their cooperation in insuring their safety. If they do not cooperate, we will take further measures without their permission that are provided to me by law in order to ensure their safety.

You may request a copy of your entire medical records approved by your Doctor. We can fax any records to other doctors or make copies of your medical record given that the office has written authorization from you.

Payment Process

Our services vary in cost based upon your particular need and treatment regimen. When you initially sign up for our RXNT Patient Portal portal, you’ll have to enter a credit card number. At the end of your appointment, you’ll receive access to a detailed bill that shows our company name along with services rendered and cost. Many times you can submit this bill to your insurance carrier or healthcare saving account administrator for reimbursement. To determine if you have mental health coverage, the first thing you should do is check with your insurance carrier. Check your coverage carefully and find the answers to the following questions:
  • What are my mental health benefits?
  • What is the coverage amount per therapy session?
  • How many therapy sessions does my plan cover?
  • How much does my insurance pay for an out-of-network provider?
  • Is approval required from my primary care physician?
We are currently going through credentialing. Please email us at info@amomahealth.com for more information.

All of our patients are required to keep their credit card information on file. This policy is not uncommon in many medical practices and outpatient surgical centers.

The payment process through Credit Card is similar to when you purchase other items with your card. Once you book an appointment or sign up on our RXNT Patient Portal, you are asked for your credit card number. At the end of your session, you will receive a billing statement that contains the amount the insurance covered and the remaining balance that will be charged to your credit card.

We understand that there are legitimate reasons why one can’t own a credit card (declared bankruptcy, maxed out cards, or declared unworthy of credit). You may leave an HSA (Health Savings Account) or Flex Plan card on file or pay with cash or check in full. Alternatively, we would be happy to work out a payment plan suited for your needs. Please email us at info@amomahealth.com for more information.
Insurance policies vary in the type of coverage you acquired.
For non-PPO members, payments are expected right after the session.
